With your approval, we can e-mail, fax or transmit this information directly to your insurance company or other involved party to expedite repairs. 24-hour Towing

Towing is available 24 hours a day. Call our staff for assistance at 360-896-6590 or Action Towing at (360) 256-4581 and tell them to secure and deliver your vehicle directly to us. If your car is with another towing company, tell them to tow it to Alpine Collision and Automotive Repair at 7818 NE 30th Ave in Vancouver 98665. Remember, we will pay for the initial tow bill, and will include that cost in the final repair bill to the responsible party.

Rental Car Coverage

We partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide a stress free and full service experience for our customers. Our staff will assist you in setting up rental services, as well as having Enterprise pick you up from Alpine to supply your rental vehicle.

What to Do if You Are Involved in An Accident?

Stop. Stay calm. Do not leave the scene.
Make sure everyone is medically OK. If not, call 911 for medical assistance immediately.
Call law enforcement authorities if needed.
If it's safe to do so, take pictures of the vehicles for insurance purposes
Do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police, your insurance company, or your auto body repair facility.
Do not pay the other party.
Secure the names and addresses of involved parties and witnesses.
If your vehicle is not safe to drive, have it towed to Alpine Collision & Auto Repair
